While earning her MBA with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, she developed a fictitious HVAC business plan as part of her coursework. At the time, she watched her husband, EJ, dedicate tremendous effort and talent to helping grow another company and believed there was an opportunity for him to build something of his own. What began as a classroom project quickly evolved into a business concept, and from that idea, Reitz Heating & Air, Inc. was born.

Today, Suzanne oversees the administrative and operational side of the business, helping ensure the company remains organized, financially healthy, and positioned for continued growth. Working primarily behind the scenes, she manages the many responsibilities that keep the business running smoothly and allow the field team to focus on serving customers.

Madison Reitz is an HVAC technician at Reitz Heating & Air, Inc. and proudly represents the next generation of the family business. Working alongside her dad, EJ, she performs the hands-on work involved in servicing, repairing, and installing heating and air conditioning systems.
